Konnichiwa! Here i am, writing from my dream country, Japan. I have been here now officially two months and i can say that those were some of the fastest months of my life. Although looking back it sseems that a lot has happened; the way stressful first weeks of settling in, the endless self-introductions to students, the weirdness of it all, and of course the beauty of the unknown and new.
I'm still experiencing new things and i still get tired of feeling selfconscious and silly for notknowing the obvious. But man,oh,man are there things to marvel at!
A list of marvelousness
-the incredible scent of the tiny orange flowers blooming on trees
-the vibrancy and brightness of the flowers, in october!
-the endless mountains that shade into different shades of blue in the background
-the traditional houses with sliding door and tatami rooms
-the changing of the season, at last. Summer was longband sweltering. The change really marks a differerence of time. I really am here, i really was here in the summer.
